SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY:

Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery
Orders are custom-made or specially prepared so please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and production before your order is shipped out to you. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes up to 1 week depending on your location. For International Orders, delivery times may take slightly more or less time depending on the destination. This does not apply to any wig, custom made wig, or NNEKA ORIGINAL orders. Those orders are shipped within 1 week of the purchase date. 

International Shipping

NNEKA proudly offer international shipping to multiple countries. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. 

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Delays
These timeframes are estimates. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to high demand, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds
NNEKA wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please review the following:

Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Situations: Used or damaged items, or orders canceled after the
24-hour window.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact NNEKA within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos for assistance.
Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

By placing an order, you agree to the stated shipping and return policies.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you want to exchange an item for a different item in the store, you may request an exchange by contacting NNEKA. 

Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition. 
  • Sale/discounted items, intimate apparel, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible.

Exchange Process

We will issue a one-time discount code equal to the original purchase price of the approved item.

  • Discount codes are valid only for use within the store.
  • Codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • If your new selection exceeds the value of the code, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange review, please contact NNEKA and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for your request

Please do not send items back unless instructed to do so.
